Her friends nicknamed her "the jolly blonde giant" because her height is just under 6 feet[citation needed]. While studying music (voice) at the University of California, Santa Cruz, she became involved with modeling and eventually moved to Paris, France for more than two years. Among other jobs, Romijn modeled for the swimsuit issue of Sports Illustrated and for Victoria's Secret. She also was the host of MTV's House of Style from 1998 to 2000. Romijn is fluent in French and Portuguese.   |

Her career in fashion began as a booker for a modeling agency, but she soon took position in front of the lense. She has appeared on numerous runways in in many fashion magazines as well, including Elle and Vogue. Few sources are available about Rosie's background, though it is known that she is a distant relative of Queen Victoria. Most notable is her appearance in the 2006 Victoria's Secret Fashion show at the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles. At this venue, she was seen along side other supermodels such as Adriana Lima, Karolína Kurková and Gisele Bündchen.   |

She knew early in life that she wanted to be an entertainer. Whether she was dancing, singing, or acting, she really just loved to perform. Bronson always believed in education first. Before she allowed herself to pursue a career in entertainment, she earned a bachelor's degree in communications and entertainment studies from Cal State Fullerton.
